Tonight I finished the first of my pair. I'm using Panda Cotton in the Muir Woods colorway. I love these socks. They fit so well! I did do a bunch of modification to the sizing, though, including increases in the sole, and going down a needle size partway up the leg.
It's lovely - I too had to modify the leg - mine was too large - so I frogged back to the top of the heel and nixed the increases - it seems fine now...
ReplyDeleteI saw a few people complaining about that, if they used a stretchier yarn than the wool called for. But I also find I have a smaller ankle than many.
